One tactic of unethical landlords is to get a superintendent
to antagonize a tenant.
I saw a man and his wife shout at the super of the building
my mother lives in.
Assault broke lease,
tenants evicted and the super later betrayed by bosses!!!
In this homeless shelter called South Bronx, the rents are
Yuppie Affordable.
The city is paying $2,800 per apartment to warehouse
homeless families.
Children are running around mindlessly for hours instead of
reading.
Their parents need Pre-K instead of Pot that gets stuck on
stupid.
This is a poorly designed program. It’ll mushroom violence.
It’ll yield crop of crooks in City of Illegal Guns and
Roses.
Abandon American Dreams all ye kids that enter here?
Yeah, ignore this New York City and it’ll go away.
In spite of 9/11, I have school homework to finish.
